-Masada- The Jews knew that the Rromans were coming to kill them, [so they hid at Masada - THIS IS A BIT OFF. THEY HAD BEEN LIVING AT MASADA FOR ABOUT TWO YEARS ALREADY - LOOK IT UP! THEY DID NOT WANT TO BE CAPTURED, AND KNEW THAT THEY COULD NOT HOLD OUT AGAINST THEM ANY LONGER. The Jews did not want to be killed by the Romans and they not only killed themselves, but they also killed their peers.
